Cancellation Cut-Off Date (GMT +8)

Full Refund Less a Cancellation Fee of USD 50

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

To cancel your registration, a written notification should be sent to the Congress Secretariat at secretariat@psrm2025.com
Participants are responsible for any bank charges incurred during the refund process.
All approved refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the Congress.

Important Notes on Registration

Registration Forms without payment will NOT be processed.
The applicable registration fee is determined based on the payment date (GMT+8), not the date of registration.
For example, if you register during the early bird period but make payment after the early bird deadline, you will be charged the regular registration fee.
A registration confirmation email and official payment receipt will be issued once full payment is received and verified.

PAY LATER (With E-Invoice)

The PAY LATER option will be closed on 1 October 2025 (GMT+8), after which payment can only be made via registration page
Payment for wire transfer, all bank charges (including inbound and/or outbound administration fees) are to be borne by the remitter. When making the transaction, kindly ensure to select “OUR” as the payment option. Kindly provide this instruction to your bank during the remittance/tele-transfer of your payment.
