The scientific committee of PSRM 2025 invites you to submit your abstract for Poster presentation at the 14ᵗʰ Congress of Pacific Society For Reproductive Medicine.

Abstract preparation should be made according to the template below:

Please note that the content of submitted abstracts cannot be modified or corrected after 31ˢᵗ August 2025 (GMT+8). Abstracts will be published exactly as submitted.

The presenting author are required to complete their registration for the Congress by 1ˢᵗ October 2025 GMT+8 to ensure inclusion of the abstract in the Congress publications and be scheduled for presentation.

Pacific Society for Reproductive Medicine (PSRM) Abstract Awards

  • Top 10 posters will be selected to be presented during Pacific Society for Reproductive Medicine (PSRM) 2025.
  • Top 5 Best Poster Presentation Awards will be granted in recognition for the outstanding research works.

Abstract Selection & Presentation

All abstracts will undergo review by a selected panel of experts. The Scientific Committee will determine whether abstracts will be accepted as poster presentations.

Submitting authors will be notified via email in August 2025 regarding the status of their abstract acceptance and further instruction will be provided regarding format of their poster.

Submission Guideline

  • Abstract Title: limited to 25 words in UPPER CASE.
  • Abstract text – limited to 300 words, including acknowledgements. We recommend using word-processing software (for example, Word) for editing your abstract and counting the number of words.
  • Abstracts should clearly state:
    • Background and Aims
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusions
  • Use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word appear the first time.
  • Use generic names of drugs. Express numbers as numerals.
  • Abstract Themes: abstracts must be allocated to a specific category for the Scientific Program. You will need to select the category most suited to your abstract.
  • Tables – A maximum of 3 tables of up to 10 rows x 10 columns can be included per abstract. When including a table, it is recommended to save the table as an image (JPG format).
  • Graphs and Images – A maximum of 2 images can be included per abstract. The maximum file size of each graph/image is 500 KB. The maximum pixel size of the graph/image is 600(w) x 800(h) pixel.
  • Graphs and images may also be uploaded separately in PNG, JPG or JPEG format.

General Policy

  • Authors can submit and present up to 2 abstracts.
  • All abstracts must be original work and cannot be published or presented at any other congress prior to the Pacific Society for Reproductive Medicine (PSRM) 2025.
  • All submissions must be completed via the Pacific Society for Reproductive Medicine (PSRM) 2025 Abstract submission portal by the announced deadline. Abstracts submitted via any other platform or after the announced deadline will NOT be accepted.
  • Abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
  • The content of the submitted abstract cannot be modified or corrected after 31ˢᵗ August 2025 GMT+8 and abstract will be published exactly as submitted.
  • Abstract must contain sufficient information so that if published it will be a complete report independent of presentation. The text should not contain statements alluding to results or conclusions not presented within the text.
  • Submission acknowledges consent to publication of the abstract in the Congress proceedings publication.
  • The presenting author are required to complete their registration for the Congress by 1ˢᵗ October 2025 GMT+8 to ensure inclusion of the abstract in the Congress publications and be scheduled for presentation.
